When you complete an enquiry form we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, company name, phone number, email address, site postcode and a description of the work you need. If you call or email us instead, we hold the contact details and job information you provide in that conversation.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website and never request them by email.

We use your information to answer your enquiry, arrange a site survey, prepare a quotation, carry out and invoice the work, and keep records of what was installed or repaired so we can honour the 12-month warranty and support any future service visit.

We may contact you about your enquiry or an existing job. We do not sell your details to anyone.

Where you have asked us to quote or carry out work, we process your information to take steps at your request and to perform our contract with you. Where we keep records for warranty, health and safety or accounting purposes, we do so to meet our legal obligations and legitimate business interests.

We share information only where it is needed to do the job: with our engineers, with suppliers or manufacturers when ordering parts or units for your site, with a main contractor or client where we are working as a subcontractor, and with our accountants, insurers or professional advisers where required.

We also use service providers who host this website and handle enquiry submissions and email on our behalf. They process the information only on our instructions.

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as they remain useful, then deleted. Records relating to completed work are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty, insurance, health and safety and tax purposes.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we no longer need it, or object to how we use it.
